You Could Say That the Kombucha Float is the Trendy Float of the Summer

You don’t need a sugary pop to make a delicious float.

Floats are an old-fashioned summer treat. Kombucha is a trendy fermented drink. So you could say that a kombucha float mixes an old love with a new one.

If you’re not sure what kombucha is, it’s a fizzy, bubbly drink made from fermented tea. It’s high in probiotics which is why the drink is regarded as a healthy one. At Bruhe, there are always four flavours of Happy Belly Kombucha on tap. The flavours change seasonally, but you can always count on purple ginger being on the menu. Here, kombucha with a scoop of gluten-free ice cream costs $7.50.
