Visiting Indian Village in Enmax Park

The newly opened Enmax Park is the setting for the First Nations village this year. You can visit the 26 tipis brought by people representing the five nations of Treaty 7 (Kainai, Tsuut’ina, Stoney Nakoda, Siksika and Piikani), watch the dancing and drumming competitions at the powwow, and see artists and craftspeople at work.

This list is for you.

Places to Relax at the Stampede

We’re sorry to report that there are no sensory deprivation chambers to try out in the Exhibition hall this year, but until the day that those arrive, you can try these spots out for a little peace and quiet when you’ve been stuck in the crowds of the midway just a little too long.
