“Choosing the venue was the hardest part for us. We dined out at a lot of restaurants and tried to look at them from the perspective of whether or not they would be a good place to have a wedding. We decided on Teatro because it is a restaurant in a heritage building and we wanted somewhere that’s going to be around forever. I think if you can keep things simple, it’s the way to go because you’re less likely to set yourself up for disappointment — just keep it simple and elegant.”
