Chef’s Table  February 28, 2012

Come join Chef de Cuisine Craig Boje and his talented team in their open-kitchen and get caught up in their excitement as they bring a modernist approach to classical French dishes, reworking them playfully while keeping their original integrity. Passion fruit replaces tomatoes in a twist on traditional prawn cocktail, while mulled wine is transformed into gel to accompany a game hen, and our crème brulee is deconstructed and artfully presented.

A culinary experience to remember, Chef's Table's patrons can enjoy the five-course tasting menus or order à la carte. Wine selections specialize in smaller eclectic producers that pair up brilliantly with Chef selections, and service is unmatched.
