Original Joe's Named One of Canada's 100 Fastest-Growing Companies

The Calgary-based pub and restaurant chain Original Joe's has been named in PROFIT Magazine's elite list of "Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies." The list, which only included Canadian companies with growth of at least 100 per cent over the past five years, placed Original Joe's at #11. Derek Doke, President of Original Joe’s stated in a press release, "The recognition is a testament to our team, who are passionate about delivering a quality service and product, and to our loyal customers who have helped make us who we are today.”

Started in Calgary in 1997, Original Joe's focused on serving comfort food and developing itself as a gathering spot for young, casual, urban customers. The chain of hip pubs has grown to have "33 locations in Western Canada, and has plans to expand into Ontario and the U.S."
