11:00 Stage 5-Lu Edmonds from Mekons leads the Global Mashup workshop with Tarhana, Labess and Pacifika. It truly is an international sound as we have everything from sax to bass, djembe, banjo, guitar, bass, tambourine. Cuban sounds and Turkish folk songs mix with Indian vocals and energetic beats that gets Lu dancing, crowds clapping and swaying if not out of their lawn chairs.
