It is summertime and, as they say, the living is easy. It’s time to crack open a beer on a patio (or at a tailgate party), head over to the local swimming hole or ice cream shop, or stop by some of the great outdoor arts and cultural festivals. And with the circus literally in town, summer ’08 promises even more spectacle than ever.
