Lougheed House is Calgary's finest historic mansion and was once home to Senator Sir James and Lady Isabella Lougheed. Built in 1891, The House still stands on its original 2.8 acre estate on the edge of downtown Calgary. Faithfully restored to its Victorian splendor, visitors can stroll through the lovely gardens and experience the House's rich history and architectural grandeur. The Restaurant features contemporary Western cuisine and the House is open to the public for tours and private functions year round.
