Silence is best

What’s most annoying right now for me is the mobile phone. Does a bus load of people need to be the audience of someone’s personal conversation? How can anyone believe that a quacking duck ringtone is cool? I say use cell phones rather than clay pigeons at the shooting range. The more we silence them, the more sociable with others we shall become.

You can't have one without the other

I like to think I have a sound gadget pallet. But by far, my least and favourite piece of gizmo that drives me both up the wall and madly in love, is the iPhone 3G.

Never before have I been so reliant on one piece of plastic, and for that I hate it. When the touch screen throws a fit or when the cell network goes down, so does my patience.
And it’s such a time-suck, with a billion apps most of which are the same. I mean really, how many different fart apps do we need?

iPhone 3G, I can’t quit you baby.

My favourite / least

My favourite / least favourite technology is the human brain organ.

Technology Hate/Favourite

Technology Hate/Favourite

My BlackBerry: I've developed both a love and hate for it. I love how it's easy to use and stay up to date on emails, contacting people, facebook, you name it. I hate how it intrudes people's lives, how when you go to a meeting, the BlackBerries and iPhones get taken out and put on the table as if they're revolvers from the cowboy days where it shows status and secretly implies "if this meeting sucks, I'm way too busy to stay focused and will pick it up to hide in a world other than the one around me now." Technology that sets "status" like we're all in highschool - that's what I hate.

Technology Hate/Favourite

I hate the digital timepiece be it a simple clock or the "countdown" to some earth-shattering event such as the next price reduction on something I don't need and/or want.

As for a favourite? My MacBook.
