Upon walking in the front door, your nose will direct you up the stairs and to your table at Without Papers Pizza. The open concept restaurant specializes in thin crust pizzas, with flavours ranging from The Prosecutor (with pancetta, caramelized onions, arugula and fresh mozza) to the Hog Wild (with roasted garlic panna, wild boar sausage, salami, rapini, fontina and chili oil). There's even a dessert pizza called Sweet Julie, which is topped with cinnamon ricotta, bananas and nutella. There's also a selection of calzones, salads and sides. You may even be able to catch a movie while you eat — Without Papers frequently screens classic films on the restaurant wall on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
