Four decades after first making tacky leg lamps and Red Ryder BB guns beloved symbols of the season, Rosebud Theatre will bring Bob Clark’s 1983 holiday classic A Christmas Story to its stage. Bring the whole family along for this live take on an annual tradition — just don’t be surprised if it gives the kids an idea for a triple-dog-dare involving a frozen flagpole.

Rosebud Theatre’s tradition is to serve a delicious buffet before showtime, but tickets for just the performance portion are available as well. Evening shows start at 8 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 5:30 p.m. Matinees begin at 1:30 p.m. with lunch served at 11 a.m.
