Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, will present a variety of dynamic events to celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21 through their Indigenous Music Week series. Between June 19 and 22, NMC will host performances from folk-rock act Black Belt Eagle Scout and singer-songwriter Ansley Simpson, workshops for emerging artists, school programs for Indigenous students and a live art installation by Jesse Gouchey among other events. Free admission will also be offered from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on June 21 to visitors who identify as Indigenous or of Indigenous descent.
