Let’s Talk About… Togetherness

Join d.talks at the Central Library for a talk about the built environment, how it fosters community and where things get lost along the way. Speakers include Catherine Hamel, an associate professor of architecture at the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape at the University of Calgary; Avnish Nanda, a lawyer whose work addresses social justice matters; Michelle Robinson, Indigenous activist and host of the podcast Native Calgarian; and Despina Stratigakos, an architectural historian and author of the book Where Are the Women Architects? (2016). Tickets are $12 for general admission or $6 for students in advance and $15 at the door. Members get in free of charge.
