Race in a charity fun run

December 5

Lace up and don your Santa hat for the 2026 Calgary edition of The Salvation Army’s Santa Shuffle Fun Run and Elf Walk. What started as a single race in Edmonton more than 35 years ago has grown into an annual, countrywide, holiday fundraising celebration. All race participants receive a personalized race bib, a finisher’s medal and a Christmas tree ornament. Those who fundraise have the chance to get even more cool swag, like toques and hoodies. While the prizes are a great bonus, the Santa Shuffle is all about spreading holiday cheer to those in need.
