As a one-stop-shop for all wedding sweets, Whippt also offers guest favours, sweet tables, cookies and candy buffets.

Cake Me Away
As one of Calgary’s newest additions to the world of custom cake design, Cake Me Away is already making its mark with some exceptional designs. Owner Natelle Thompson originally went to school for visual art, but eventually tried her hand at cake design. She taught herself how to bake and build specialty cakes, using her painting background to turn icing into art.

Cake Sensations
With a fine eye for detail, each team member at Cake Sensations has a specialty that they bring to the kitchen. One is an artist who can paint elaborate designs, and another has a keen eye for crafting colours to match the event. Combined, they can produce almost anything – even a three-dimensional dragon that was first cut by having its head lopped off with a sword.

Cakes in Vogue
Owner and head designer, Maria Medina, started her career as a mechanical engineer before she moved on to baking, and it shows in her work. She comes to her clients with detailed sketches and ideas for how to make the cake they imagined a reality. Living by the philosophy that every cake must be as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside, she’s dedicated to high-quality ingredients to make sure the cake’s main function – to be eaten – is not forgotten.
