The location

The “News from Broadcast Hill” condo community is a one-of-a-kind development with plenty of history. Located in Coach Hill/Patterson Heights, it was originally known as Broadcast Hill, named after the 459-foot CFCN tower that has stood in southwest Calgary since 1961. It is one of two iconic landmarks; the second belongs to the historic brick house that was once the original home of the Crandell family, who owned Alberta’s first brick factory. The Patterson family eventually purchased the Crandell house, giving the community its name.
