The renovation

This townhome, which is a park-front unit, was first renovated in 2008 by After-8 Interior Design, a local residential flooring company. The interior design work was managed by local interior designer Edward Tsang. In 2022, a series of updates, including a full repaint, new ensuite, carpet, custom wardrobes, new dishwasher, gas range and hot water tank, further elevated and transformed the home.

What to love

This townhome is nestled along the Bow River, offering ample reasons to love both the location and the home itself. The four-level split design maximizes the space with soaring ceilings and expansive windows.

The living room connects to the backyard deck, conveniently expanding the room for social gatherings. The sleek gas fireplace with a custom copper mantle creates a striking focal point and great talking piece. The renovated kitchen has granite counters, ceiling-height cabinetry and a spacious pantry for extra storage. Heated tile flooring extends through the front hall to help keep you toasty warm in the winter.

Upstairs, the primary retreat features vaulted ceilings, adding a sense of grandeur and airiness. A cozy reading nook, walk-in closet and tranquil river views make the room even more welcoming.

The lower level has a versatile entertainment layout with room for movie nights, a home gym or a play space for kids.
