We can’t get enough of the vegan BSD veggie burger at Blue Star. It’s topped with red pepper mayo, avocado, Sylvan Star aged white cheddar and smoky fried potato sticks served on a vegan all-grain bun or sub out for a gluten-free bun.
The Coup Upstream Burger
The Upstream Burger at the Coup mixes up the traditional veggie patty with roasted garlic, yam, seeds, smoked tofu and cashews. These house-made patties are packed with healthy goodness like quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, almonds and sunflower seeds. The burger is topped with caramelized onions, roasted red pepper aioli and Gruyere cheese and served on a brioche-style bun.
