Best Brunch Places to Take Kids
Kids and adults will both like these brunch places
1. Silver Dragon
In general, dim sum, with its bite-sized steamed dumplings and buns, is great for families. Service is generally quick, you basically only pay for what you eat and kids (and their parents) are less likely to be met with scornful glances from other diners since the Cantonese tradition is intended as a family event. -Jennifer Hamilton

2. Heritage Park
It goes without saying that Heritage Park makes for a great family outing, and it’s even better when you add brunch to the experience. The Club Caf mimics the Chinese cafs that existed in most towns 100 years ago and serves traditional Western breakfasts, while the Railway Caf has homestyle baked goods and is perfect for a quick coffee and pastry. -J.H.

3. National Westhills
It’s an underappreciated fact that kids are allowed in some bars before a certain time, and National Westhills is one of the best bars for the whole family. It’s large, so kids have room to roam. It’s located in the burbs, you’re likely to see plenty of other little ones and it serves Tater Tots. ‘Nuff said. -J.H.
