1. River Caf

Using the finest local ingredients, River Caf’s brunch selections are creative and exquisitely prepared. Order house-cured bacon and Nostrala cheese quiche with toasted quinoa or elk bacon eggs Benedict and enjoy the gorgeous setting at River Caf on Saturdays and Sundays. -John Gilchrist

2. Rimrock

As Sunday buffet brunches go, the Fairmont Palliser’s seafood-laden, carved-roast, pastry-heavy spread with personalized omelettes and perfect waffles is the best of the best. (And worth the $49 bite.) It’s even better if you plan to stay the night before and make a staycation out of it. -J.G.

3. Chef’s Table

The Croque Madame, the lemon ricotta pancakes and the pain perdu offer hard choices on the small but lovely menu designed by executive chef Duncan Ly at Kensington Riverside Inn. Take your time, have a mimosa – it makes the choices easier. -J.G.
