Clear Float Spa opens in Mission

This new float spa recently opened its doors in Mission. Clear Float Spa offers one-hour sessions floating in a pod filled with high-density saltwater, which can help with stress relief, meditation and muscle therapy. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of tea from The Tea Factory in the spa’s Zen Room.

Kit and Ace moved to a new location

Kit and Ace has moved a few blocks down into a new space, which used to be occupied by Ette, in Mount Royal Village. At 2,908 square feet, the new space is more than double the size of its previous store. Open since July 1st, Kit and Ace now has much more room for its minimalist wardrobe staples and pieces made from technical cashmere, plus a seating area, large fitting rooms and a supper club table.

Saks Fifth Avenue to open its first Western Canadian store in Calgary in 2018

On May 31st, American retailer Saks Fifth Avenue announced that it will be opening its first Western Canadian store in Calgary. Slated to open in CF Chinook Centre in January 2018, the two-level, 115,000 square foot store will offer designer wear for men and women, accessories, shoes and more. This will be the third Saks Fifth Avenue location in Canada.

Calgary’s second Tommy Bahama store opened on June 21 in CF Chinook Centre. Located on the second floor between Urban Behaviour and Spareparts, the 3,800 square foot store is full of men’s and women’s apparel, swimwear, accessories and shoes that are perfect for both a getaway and everyday wear. The store’s decor, which features plenty of oak, teak and maple, creates a stylish shopping atmosphere.
