In Calgary, March presents a fashion conundrum: magazines herald spring fashions and stores start displaying spring arrivals, yet it doesn’t feel at all like spring.

That’s not true, actually. As witnessed by our recent weather trends, it might feel like spring one day, but feel like winter the next.
