Fashion designer Lauren Bagliore is best known for her Japanese-influenced women’s wear, most of which can be worn in multiple ways. Take for example her extremely popular Desiree Convertible “Endless” Dress. It transforms from a tunic, to a halter, to a one-shoulder dress, to a tube dress to a skirt and more, taking it from day to evening and firmly cementing it as a wardrobe must-have.

It is with this sensibility that Bagliore continues to break new ground in the fashion world. Her 2017 spring/summer collection is filled with convertible pieces with a lighter feel that blend seamlessly with garments from her previous collections.

The collection walks the fine line of being luxurious while at the same time looking effortless and easy. However, this is fashion with a bit of a learning curve. It’s best to get some tips and tricks on how to wear the piece from a knowledgeable salesperson or fashion expert.

The designer herself is hosting a shopping night on April 27, 2017 where she will describe each look of the collection, show how it converts and talk about the versatility of each piece. After the presentation, guests can take a closer look at the pieces, try them on, get advice from Bagliore or one of her expertly trained staff, and buy the looks that are right for them.

Ten per cent of the sales from the night will go to Bagliore’s charity partner, Ratanak International, which raises support and awareness to end human trafficking globally.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the presentation begins at 7 p.m.

Email shop@laurenbagliore.com to be added to the guest list.
