Dawson’s Landing Enters an Exciting New Chapter

Discover five new semi-estate show homes at the grand opening celebration.

Located in Chestermere, Dawson’s Landing has launched phase six of its development. This latest phase introduces semi-estate homes to the community, intended to blend upscale living with Dawson’s Landing’s signature connection to nature.

On October 25, the community will host a grand opening event where potential homebuyers can discover the new semi-estate show homes and imagine life in Dawson’s Landing.

Elevated living

The community’s new homes have been built on wider lots — averaging 48 feet, with a few up to 54 feet — and many back directly onto green spaces, such as a new fenced dog park and the upcoming community’s 24-acre Eco Park, which includes a storm pond and naturalized wetland.

Designed for buyers seeking more space, comfort and privacy, phase six homes offer features such as triple-car garages, walkout and pie lots, and even some with mountain views. Prices start from the mid-$800s, with a limited-time $25,000 developer incentive on presales and spec homes, available to the first 10 qualified buyers until October 31, 2025, or until all incentives are claimed.

Four of Calgary’s most respected builders are building the community’s phase six homes: Truman, Trico Homes, NuVista Homes and Genesis Builders. Each brings its own expertise and craftsmanship, ensuring thoughtfully designed homes that balance comfort, elegance and functionality.

Discover Dawson’s Landing

Five new semi-estate show homes will officially open on October 25 at the grand opening celebration. Visitors can explore one show home each from Trico, NuVista and Genesis, as well as two stunning Truman show homes that are already open.

The event promises an elevated experience, featuring live music by local musicians, horse-drawn carriage rides, a coffee truck, a cozy fire pit and delicious food served inside the show homes. Guests will also be able to take home a seasonal dried flower arrangement as a keepsake.

A community for all

Beyond new homes, Dawson’s Landing continues to grow as a vibrant, family-friendly community. Residents already enjoy five kilometres of pathways, a park with a playground, half-basketball pad and winter skating area, and support from an active Owners’ Association. A new fenced dog park opened this fall, and the Eco Park (opening in 2026) will feature a bird blind, viewing platforms, interpretive signage, seating areas, and more gathering spaces for families.

Convenience is also at the forefront of the growing community. A small commercial hub is already open, and in 2026, the 10-acre north commercial area will begin to bring in retailers, eventually building out a FreshCo grocery store, dental clinic, veterinary services, gas station and more. A K–9 Catholic school is also under construction in the community.

With its combination of luxury homes, abundant green spaces and expanding everyday conveniences, Dawson’s Landing offers a truly elevated lifestyle — making it one of Chestermere’s most exciting places to call home.

Homebuyers are invited to join the phase six show home grand opening celebration on October 25, where they can tour the semi-estate show homes, connect with builder partners and discover the elevated lifestyle of Dawson’s Landing’s newest phase.
