Rosé and Croquet is Deane House’s principal charity event, and Calgary’s most anticipated garden party of the season. Guests can look forward to curated gourmet food and beverage experiences throughout the lush gardens, including a Champagne and oyster bar with a wide selection of fresh shellfish and shucked oysters from Meta4Foods. Visit the Prosecco Garden, just one of many premium wine stations, for sparkling rosé and canapés from River Café, Deane House, Meraki Cuisine and Rouge Restaurant. Enjoy fresh wood-fired pizza from Barbarella Bar, a cheese tasting with Say Cheese Fromagerie, decadent sweet treats from Alforno Bakery, Village Ice Cream and Biscettes Cookies. Indulge in an array of craft cocktails and beer from Gnu Gin, El Tequileño, Born Brewing and more. Engage in a spirited round of croquet, pose for the camera with Oh Snap Photobooth, and dance all night to the world-renowned grooves of DJ Joanna Magik.

A fashion and hat contest has become a highlight of the event with acclaimed fashion judges, designer Paul Hardy, Karen Ashbee and The Style Guys, Jason & Aly. The event also includes an experience-focused silent auction and Champagne Diamond Raffle by Maxime’s.
Rosé and Croquet has raised over $100,000.00 for YW Calgary and this year, it aims to double that with all proceeds going directly to the organization. “Each year brings overwhelming generosity from community businesses and event partners,” says Howell. “Attendees love it, and we raise valuable funds for programming at the YW Hub.”
