Three Days, One Unique Opportunity
Since 2012 and again this summer, the Fête will take place at the David Thompson Resort near Nordegg, so mark your calendar on July 8, 9 and 10! The Fête is three days of workshops, shows, learning and fun, all in an enchanting setting: our magnificent Rockies. For young and old alike, there is plenty to celebrate in French, the language that distinguishes and unites us at the same time. Sports activities, crafts, contests, local music, and bonfires will give everyone an opportunity to take a well-deserved break, build relationships and create memories that last for years.
2022: A Strong Comeback
After a 2021 edition that took place in a virtual format, the festival is back in force with an even more refreshing program and a very special novelty: the Alberta Francophone Market. For the first time, festivalgoers will have the chance to discover local entrepreneurs and artisans eager to share their passion. Open on July 8 and 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Alberta Francophone Market will feature some twenty exhibitors from across the province.

The two-day market has free admission and will be held in the main parking, beside the resort. Visitors will be encouraged to bring cash for logistical reasons.
