Raise a Glass to Alberta’s Best Food and Drinks

The Calgary Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival returns to Calgary September 18 and 19 with an exciting new home at Spruce Meadows.

The annual Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival (RMWFF), presented by Sobeys Liquor and Safeway Liquor, returns to Calgary September 18 and 19, showcasing the finest local cuisine alongside hundreds of wines, spirits, craft beers and more. Since launching in 1998, RMWFF has been one of Alberta’s largest and most beloved food and adult beverage events. RMWFF entices guests to explore and travel to its host cities while they indulge their taste buds at an elevated festival experience.

The Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival is an opportunity to sample an array of local, international, craft and premium products to find new favourites that you can revisit again and again. There are few other places in Alberta where you can walk through the door and pick your journey with hundreds of samples of wine, beer and spirits available. Prepare to invite even your most selective friends, because with the variety of food and drink choices, there is truly something for everyone.

The festival also hosts a range of interactive experiences. Education opportunities include guided tastings, drink and food pairings, seminars and interactive sessions. You can connect with and get to know local chefs and brewers and hear their stories first-hand. RMWFF aims to support local and elevate the amazing small businesses in our province, while also bringing you premium sips from all over the world.
