Hosted in Tomkins Park, Spook-tacular on 17th Ave is an annual free event that celebrates the best of Halloween.
This year, Tomkins Park has been transformed into Phantom Park. Suitable for all ages, Phantom Park offers a bouncy castle, petting zoo, free face and ceramic painting, trick or treating and games for the whole family to enjoy.
Spook-tacular kicks off with a bang at noon on Saturday, October 19, with a spectacular magic show. Get your Halloween groove on with great live music from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
And at 3 p.m. don’t miss the Halloween Costume Contest. The costume contest is open to anyone who loves Halloween, including kids, adults and pets and their owners.
The first 500 Spook-tacular guests can enjoy free sweet kettle corn popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate.

12 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Free Ceramic Painting for the first 50 people
12 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Free Face Painting
