The Sheraton Suites Eau Claire is one of Calgary’s pet-friendly hotels, which means in addition to offering impeccable service to every person who walks in, Yanglu Lin goes out of her way to provide it to their best furry friends, too. She’s quick to offer tips on where to go and what to do for all her guests, but just as quickly will offer stickers to kids, slip treats to pets and, at least once, pull the jacket off your back to sew the tear in the seam you didn’t even know was there.
