Sure, yoga is fun on its own, but what if there were puppies involved? The newly opened Calgary Puppy Yoga brings a new yoga experience to the city that combines adorable puppies with the calming practice of yoga.

This new yoga studio offers classes that promote relaxation and mental well-being, with puppies playing a large part in that mission — according to Calgary Puppy Yoga, puppies help reduce stress, limit anxiety and fight loneliness. Every Saturday and Sunday, puppies are brought into the studio while you stretch,  bend and breathe, with different breeds of puppies coming every week. And the classes don’t just benefit yogis — the puppies gain vital socialization skills, too.

Calgary Puppy Yoga classes are $45 for a one-hour class and are a great option for beginners looking to get into yoga pratice.
