Every July, Calgary’s annual Latin festival, Fiestaval, rolls into town with an exuberant celebration of Latin culture. The three-day fiesta takes over Eau Claire Plaza with more than 30 authentic food vendors, each cooking up a different take on traditional Latin fare. Enjoy hundreds of local and international performers like professional dancers and musicians, as well as an artisan market.
