East Village Outdoor Yoga

Add a little flow to your lunch with The East Village Experience Centre’s Tuesday noon hour yoga. Class is free and comes with a side of bliss.

Hotel Arts and HotShop Yoga

There’s more to the pool this summer than sun tanning and swimming. Check out poolside yoga at Hotel Arts in partnership with HotShop Yoga and get zen next to the sparkling water every Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m. Class is weather dependent and will cost you $15. Mats are provided.

Junction 9 Yoga & Pilates

Every yoga class on the Junction 9 schedule is held on its rooftop patio with views of downtown. Grab a spot under the shade of the umbrella or lather on the sunscreen to salute the sun. Classes are held indoors when it’s too hot, rainy or stormy.

Yoga in Bowness is busting out of their studio walls for two outdoor yoga classes a week. Classes are held Wednesdays 7:15-8:30PM and Sundays 9:30-10:30AM in a local park, regardless of weather but check the studio’s homepage for specifics a few hours before class. Bring your own mat.
