You’ll be the star of your family holiday dinner if you come bearing one of Sidewalk Citizen’s cranberry ginger layered cakes, which feature spiced cinnamon whipped cream and cranberry orange jam. They’ve also incorporated cranberries into one of their holiday sourdough bread offerings, and will be offering chocolate cranberry loaves on December 24th.

Get your fix of this holiday berry favourite at The Pie Hole, which has two freshly baked offerings this winter. The cranberry curd tart is a beautiful deep red colour, and comes with meringue and candied cranberries. Or, you can opt for a smaller offering with a few cranberry and blueberry mini pies, which feature whipped creamed and dark chocolate on top.
This coffee shop in Crowchild Square Plaza is offering a twist on the creamy holiday favourite that is eggnog. Not only is Euphoria Cafe offering eggnog lattes, but you can take your love for eggnog a step further by pairing it with a spiced eggnog muffin too.

You can get eggnog-inspired macaron treats in two forms at Yann Haute Patisserie right now, and they’re both gluten-free. The eggnog macaron cake log, available in four sizes, features almond cake bits and eggnog cream sandwiched between two long macaron shells. Eggnog is also one of the six Christmas macaron flavours being offered, along with pine tree, candy cane and more.
There’s no shortage of gingerbread goodness at Crave. This year’s holiday menu features gingerbread man sandwich cookies, gingerbread loaves topped with a butter sauce glaze and gingerbread eggnog cake and cupcakes, which feature adorable mini gingerbread men. You can even decorate some gingerbread men yourself with one of Crave’s holiday cookie decorating kits.
Head over to Calgary-based Good Earth Coffeehouse to get your hands on a gingerbread latte and a package of three gingerbread cookies. You can feel particularly good about ordering the latter, as $1 from each package sold until the end of the month will go towards supporting local food banks.
The Chocolate Lab combines mint and chocolate flavours in two of its offerings. The first is its dairy-free mint crisp truffles, which feature dark chocolate, peppermint and dark chocolate crisp pearls. The shop’s new winter collection also has five new flavours including a peppermint bonbon called Minty Kiss, which has white chocolate, crme de menthe and peppermint-infused dark chocolate.
