Paradigm Spark
Paradigm Spark is a specialty café and coffee roaster started by award-winning barista David Kim. It originally started as a pop-up inside Eight Ounce Coffee and opened its first brick-and-mortar location in December 2025. Inside, you’ll find classic espresso drinks, sandwiches and baked goods, as well as the Experience Bar, a place for competition baristas to practice their skills.
