Filipino Restaurant Month Returns to Calgary in April

From April 1 to 30, eight participating Calgary restaurants will be offering special prix-fixe menus that showcase Filipino cuisine.

This April, get ready to celebrate Filipino culture and food during the second annual Filipino Restaurant Month in Canada. Originally started by the Philippine Department of Tourism and Calgary’s Philippine Consulate General, the initiative highlights Filipino restaurants and cuisine in Canada from April 1 to 30, 2023.

More than 40 restaurants in 19 cities across the country are participating in Filipino Restaurant Month in Canada. Calgary has the most participating restaurants of any city, with eight tasty eateries that will be offering special prix-fixe menus throughout April. The participating Calgary restaurants are Amihan Grill + Bakeshop, Chopstix Filipino Restaurant, Max’s Restaurant, Pacific Hut, Rise N’ Shine Breakfast Place, Barrio Fiesta, Nan’s Noodle House and Paolo’s.
