The Calgary Zoo offers a Sunday Safari Brunch every week, but there will be a special menu for Mother's Day. Held in the Destination Africa area, brunch includes buttermilk pancakes, eggs Benedict, cajun dusted yellowtail rockfish and dessert offerings like an ice cream sundae station and a chocolate fountain. It runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Offered on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the brunch menu includes dishes of fried eggs and empanadas, a double stacked gaucho burger, avocado toast and chicken chimichurri. When you're done, you can grab at coffee from Phil & Sebastian (also in the Simmons Building) and take a scenic walk along the RiverWalk or St. Patrick's Island.
