The Sorbetto at Fiasco Gelato is Perfect for Those Who Want a Dairy- and Gluten-Free Treat

There are eight sorbetto flavours available in pint size and three sorbetto flavours available in the single serving size.

Local artisan gelato company Fiasco Gelato has been making gelato and sorbetto for more than a decade. In 2015, the company opened its new factory and coffee bar in Mayland Heights. This is a great spot to try its gluten- and dairy-free sorbetto. There are eight sorbetto flavours available in pint size (562 mL) and three sorbetto flavours available in a mini single serving size (106 mL). The single serve flavours are strawberry rhubarb, raspberry lime and mango pineapple (pictured above).

But that’s not the only way to experience Fiasco’s sorbetto and gelato. The company offers an approximately hour-long Tour & Tasting experience, where you can tour the facility and try a tasting flight of gelato and sorbetto. You can also make your own gelato or sorbetto at Gelato Academy this summer. Finally, Fiasco offers a gelato subscription club, where four flavours of gelato will be delivered to you every month.
