You know what they say: good things come in small packages. And that is certainly the case with Village Ice Cream‘s Little Villagers.

This product is new this year and is a portable treat ideal for special events and summery outings. Jessica Hua, the marketing coordinator at Village Ice Cream, says the goal of the new treat is to make the Village experience more accessible for Calgarians holding milestone events. “We noticed over the years we were getting orders for weddings, galas and events,” says Hua.

The 133-mL cups contain a single serving of ice cream and each cup is packed with its own wooden spoon. (Remember those ice cream cups you used to get in elementary school? This is like that, but with way better ice cream in the cup.) Customers can buy a few of them from Village Ice Cream locations to take along to a picnic in the park, or send in a request for a large order of them for a big event.

The tiny treat comes in three flavours: salted caramel, melted chocolate and toasted coconut. They cost $4 each.
