Single Malt Whisky from Eau Claire Distillery

Eau Claire Distillery’s first single malt whisky is finally ready after three years of aging. Unsurprisingly, the first batch sold out quickly, so you’ll have to make your way to the distillery’s tasting room to sample it. Tastings are available in one and two ounce drams.

Mark our words, the tacos at the newly opened Gringo Street are going to become fast favourites. While flavours range from smoked mushroom to chicken wing to roast pork shoulder, we’re particularly excited to try the sweet ‘n’ sour fried shrimp tacos.
