With the weather warming up, many people have been looking forward to barbecue season. If you’re one of those people, we have good news: there are several local restaurants and businesses that are offering at-home barbecue kits, making it easy to grill delicious meats in your backyard.
Cravings Market Restaurant
Cravings Market Restaurant offers three barbecue kits focused around free range chicken breast, baby back ribs or striploin steak. In addition to the meat, the kits come with mixed greens, garlic bread, grilled vegetables and more. Plus, you can add sides like baked jalapeno poppers and barbecue shrimp skewers. They are available for pick-up or delivery and range in price from $21 to $25 (sides are extra).
Empire Provisions
Barbecue meat boxes are available for delivery from Empire Provisions on Fridays and Saturdays. Inside, you’ll find a marinated flank steak, a half chicken, a full rack of cooked pork ribs with sweet and sticky barbecue sauce, a package of four beef hotdogs, a package of four Esposito burgers and a package of four beef burgers. Each box costs $135 and can be ordered online.
Meatery Bistro
You can pre-order three different kinds of barbecue meal kits from Meatery Bistro over the phone. Choose from a Wagyu burger kit or Berkshire pork chop kit for $20 or try the sous vide Wagyu roast beef kit for $65. You’ll also get vegetables and salad or potato.

Modern Steak
Modern Steak’s barbecue packs are great for an afternoon of cooking outdoors. Customers can order various steaks in either a mixed pack or filet pack for $109 or a ribeye pack for $159. You can get your hands on any of the three packs by calling Modern Steak’s Stephen Avenue location for pickup.

Pioneer Butchery & Charcuterie
This company’s barbecue variety pack includes two racks of smoked ribs, two ribeye steaks, two striploin steaks and four packages of burgers. Each variety pack costs $175 and is available for delivery.
