Paradigm Spark is all about collaboration, coffee education and, of course, a great cup of coffee. Led by founder, director and multi-time Canadian National Barista Championships contender David Kim, the café serves single-origin pour-overs, espresso and blended coffee from Kim’s on-site roastery. At the café’s Experience Bar, guests can try special coffee offerings crafted by the in-house team or check out pop-up events and collaborations. Paradigm Spark is also home to Timberline Coffee School, a coffee training space offering everything from latte art classes to Specialty Coffee Association courses.

Once you enter Sought x Found, the expert team will happily guide you towards your ideal drink and share the story behind their coffees. The shop roasts its coffee beans in-house, and each month there are three new coffees you can try in a coffee flight, which can be made three different ways.
