Avenue‘s list of the 30 best things to eat and drink in 2023 was recently released, and it’s full of delicious bites to try this summer. While they’re all great options, we officially have our eye on the ube queso ice cream from Abbey’s Creations now that the weather is heating up. This colourful treat features notes of cheddar cheese and ube (a purple yam) and is a must-try the next time you’re craving some ice cream.

Every Monday, Roy’s Korean Kitchen turns into Billie’s Smash Burgers, a new pop-up that features Oklahoma-style smash burgers (Roy’s regular menu is not available on pop-up days). Make a reservation to try one of the mouth-watering burgers like the 24K of Gold, which features two patties, cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, truffle mayo, a crispy cheddar skirt, mushroom, pickles, lettuce and onion.

Wilde About Tea from Prologue Café

Frosted Strawberry Pop Tarts Iced Lattes from Rosso Coffee Roasters

Now that the weather has warmed up, seasonal summer treats and drinks will be popping up all over the place.
