The keg is an object of special fascination for beer lovers. There’s a reason we ask ‘what’s on tap’; beer just tastes better that way. Renting a keg allows you to serve up deliciously fresh draft at home and all but guarantees a successful party.
If you do commit to a keg there are a few things to think about. The first is size; kegs generally come in roughly 30 and 59 litre sizes. That’s equal to about 85 and 170 individual beers, so make sure you invite enough beer drinkers. Cooling your beer is also crucial so stock up on ice.
Renting a keg takes care of your event’s beverage needs and adds an extra sense of occasion. So whether you’re hosting an Oktoberfest party or want to end the barbecue season with a bang, here’s where to get your barrel of beer.
