It’s Calgary’s first Valentine’s Day in isolation, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a fun and delicious day. Many local restaurants are offering special Valentine’s day menus for takeout, delivery and dine-in on and around February 14. We’ll continue to add to this list as we learn of more spots offering them.
Ahinke’s Kitchen has two special options for Valentine’s Day. There’s a five-course menu featuring jollof rice, egusi soup, paprika chicken suya and more, as well as a Get Spoilt Box with Champagne, chocolate-dipped strawberries, roses and bubble bath. Whichever you choose, you can pick it up from February 13 to 14 to enjoy at home.

Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant will deliver its Valentine’s beef or vegan menu right to your home from February 12 to 14 (or, you can pick it up at Cravings Market Restaurant). You can also get the restaurant’s Valentine’s lobster dinner or brunch delivered between February 9 to 14. Floral bouquets are available as an add-on to your meal.

Calcutta Cricket Club’s two-person Valentine’s Day meal kit features naan panzanella, ribeye and chocolate mousse that you make with the help of an instructional video. Add the “morning after” chai pancakes to your order to complete your Valentine’s Day experience. You can pickup the kits February 12 to 14.

While the takeaway dinner features dishes like wagyu dumplings, warm crab in a jar, lobster tails and striploin steaks, the dine-in menu features four courses with options like tartare, peas and radish, carrot curry soup, risotto, ribeye, grass fed filet and more. The takeaway menu can be picked up at the Stephen Avenue location.
