It’s back! After a successful inaugural year, Avenue‘s Cookie Market sponsored by Oxford Properties returns with mouth-watering cookies and other delicious baked goods, just in time for the holiday season.

Join us in the Eau Claire Tower lobby (600 3 Ave. S.W.) on December 3, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to shop from more than 20 local bakers offering a wide range of locally made treats. Plus, enter the door prize contest for a chance to win gift cards and baked goods from the market vendors.
