Throughout the pandemic, Bridgette Bar has offered different weekly three-course meals for curbside pickup, featuring comfort foods such as roast chicken and braised short ribs. With the kitchen team led by senior culinary director JP Pedhirney, Bridgette Bar also found creative ways to host well-orchestrated virtual dining events, curating multi-course gourmet dinner kits complete with beverage pairings delivered directly to each guest at home.
